Simpl in Crisis? Heard that they are burning a lot in funding discounts on D2C websites they work with to retain them. BNPL is also not doing too well. IMO Simpl needs to get on Swiggy , Amazon , Flipkart , Ola Cabs Asap . A Good product and use case makes payments journey shorter will help you out in times of cash crunch month end days before salary drops . It's basically free money just take it and don't return it they can't even do anything if lots of us do it company can go bust in a day .

We're expected to work 12 hours a day, even though the managers officially ask for 10.😓 Your performance is measured against the team, so if you can only work 8 hours, you're always going to be at the bottom. Promotions are based on projects, so if your project gets halted, so does your promotion. But the office is amazing, and the pay is great.

However, the shift timings were not suitable for me (11pm to 8am) and the salary hike was disappointing, not even 30% which is basic.
