Flexi-Time: Are My Friends Living the Dream?🤷♀️
I was stunned to learn that some friends working at Optum and Marsh McLennan are only required to come into the office for 10 days a month! With no specific hour requirements, they're enjoying incredible flexibility.
While I'm still putting in 9-hour days, news of Amazon 5-day workweek makes me wonder: Is flexi-time the future of work? Let's discuss!😤

Yar, I don’t know... too much flexibility leads to distractions and a dip in team collaboration. I feel like some level of structure, like a consistent workweek, keeps the focus intact. Not everyone is disciplined enough to manage time efficiently. 😬
At least not me🙈

Some companies still offer these leverages!
Adding, I think companies can take advantage of flexi-time though. Just because you’re not at the office doesn't mean you're working less. What if they end up pushing more work since you’re “always available”? 😓 At least with set hours, you know when the day ends.

It seems like flexible work arrangements are becoming more common and definitely it saves our time. Do you find that you're more productive with more flexibility ?
