I can see that no progress is being made to address actual Quality of life improvements to the platform and not even making any efforts to fix any of the concerns raised, I'm done with this platform. I might come back { very less chance }, but Team, please listen to your user base, take feedbacks and ACT UPON it. Have a great time ahead. Few issues : - no option to sort feed - search feature is half baked - random glitching while commenting on posts - reactions not updating while opening a post so on and so fort

I have never seen anyone getting a job through Ambition Box, which makes me wonder if it is truly an effective platform for finding employment or just another social media platform where people primarily connect to showcase their professional achievements and stay updated about each other’s career moves. While Ambition Box is marketed as a professional networking tool, it often feels like a space for maintaining visibility rather than actively securing job opportunities. Perhaps its utility depends on how effectively one leverages the platform and engages with recruiters, but the real question remains: how many people genuinely succeed in finding meaningful jobs through it?

How to Advance in Operations?🥲

Hi, I'm 29 and currently working in operations at a non-tech company. I'm feeling a bit stuck and unsure about my career path. I've been in this role for a few years, and while I've gained experience, I'm starting to wonder if I'm missing out on opportunities for growth and higher earnings. Many of my peers in the AmbitionBox community seem to be making significant strides in their careers, and I'm concerned that I'm falling behind.
