Job security is too bad. Once a project is done and employee is on pool, every second there remains a terror of losing job. Every concerned person related to project allocation seems to threatening in every single conversation. Fake assistance provided for project. No promotions.

Nothing .. no one replying you over email also.. getting project is one of the difficult.. they don’t have enough project but they hiring tons of resources and at the end they will give you the project of different skill.. if you ask them to release then they will not reply you back .. if you don’t follow their words then they will not approve your timesheet.. so before joining thing twice

Can't really say anything - It's been almost a month and I am still struggling to get a project . I haven't received any project calls so far.

Dislikes

Policy - Leave policy could be little better. Only earned leaves are there and it will get credited every month as 1.67. Sick leave policy is really bad. You can't take 1 or 2 day sick leave. In order to avail sick leave you need to be unavailable for more than 2 days and come back with doctor certificate. There is no casual leaves.Maternity and Paternity policy - Only 50k for normal or c section delivery (post top up) and only 5 days leave as paternity leave. Bench Policy - If on bench then 5 days office and 6hrs a day. If won't able to get project within 2 Months then you might get termination letter. HR and Supervisors are least bother to reply you back. They will make sure to see your pings in teams but won't reply. Cafeteria - 1 vendor and small cafeteria with no food( by 12:30pm all foods get over/booked).Bring your own tiffin. Tea/coffee you will get complimentary. For lateral no project specific hiring. Post joining you have to face 2-3 rounds of interview from each project to get into one....Read More

Everything is poor in this organisation except the salary which you received at the time of joining. Work life balance is average in most of the project . People are not approachable. 2 months Bench police is worst. They have short term projects and job security is zero . Always have a fear to loose the job when you will be on bench . Hike is zero . I worked here for 2 years but got zero percentage of hike despite of both the year I got key contributor ratings which means rating 4 out 5 ....Read More
