Very good company, I am working here for last two-year, this is my first company, seniors and leads are very supportive. Learning opportunity is good. Specially there is Hybrid mode of work, so very helpful for work life balance.

Dislikes

I was hired on a different role (Full Stack Java), but they assigned me on a different role.

The best part of working at LTIMindtree is its people. Wheather they are freshers or senior employees, everyone is very friendly and helpful. I have been with the company for just two months, and my experience so far has been very positive. I aspire to emulate this culture as I grow within the organization-remaining approachable, supportive, and committed to teamwork.

Dislikes

The Canteen food is not up to the mark considering the price, and the variety is also limited.

No salary hike and promotion for last almost 5 years . Where I am billable from the first day . Feeling depressed sometime here in this situation , When my market correction and Promotion will happen .where I can see my manager manage promotion, but I am not .

As a fresher, I like how LTIMindtree is using latest technologies and putting innovative ideas to get solutions. Also the work-life balance is good here.

Not as such but the quality of canteen food is not upto the hype. It's kind of tasteless sometimes.

Work life balance is good here and work culture is also not exactly like toxic corporate ones. Scope of skill development is also nice, client culture is also good.

Dislikes

Salary and hike is really poor. There is a lack of benefits and appreciation. Onboarding of freshers was very very late last year and I had to wait for almost a year to be onboarded.

I am just about to complete 2 months here! So, not a great sample size but so far it has been good. It seems light and not unnecessarily strict with policies. I like connectivity - wherever you are in the building, as soon as you open the laptop, you are connected to a strong WiFi.

Dislikes

Well, the seat booking and check-in and checkout requirements can be looked at from flexibility point of view. Parking availability at a couple of Kolkata offices (Adventz and Merlin) can be looked at - also a real-time way to look at available slots so that people can drive to office or a nearby parking spot is looked for.
