Really disappointed in their delayed negative response of selected candidates,got selected at Infosys, HR talks went well, and I agreed to their salary. But a month later, they said they won't proceed with my profile. After all that time, and with no fault of mine, they just said they can't hire me. If they don't have the need, whyeven interview and waste everyone's time? I was ready to join ASAP and was counting on this job. Don't make Infosys your only option, have them as your last option cuz they do the same for you-there's no guarantee they'll hire you. As a fresher I was excited to work in the reputed organization and the environment there is so good.

but after joining the company only i got to know about the bench policy and they will just make us sit idle and do not give any projects.even if there is project opportunity they will expect us to have the project experience.I don't understand this .so I won't recommend this organisation for freshers.But if u experience and join this company,u will have a career growth.

Dislikes

Managers don’t support you to grow. Forced to do any project if on bench. They called it learning and growing. Why would a DevOps engineer want to learn software testing. No KT if you are assigned something that you never did before for eg: DR testing in my case. Had to figure out myself how to do it in production environment. It was nerve wracking to figure out without any help.
