3.5yrs, I've worked hard for this company. If I turn back and look, I did not have a life after work at all. I was the top performer in my team. But. I still did not get any hikes or promotion even after asking for it. Infosys has given me that tag of "yoe =3.5" but nothing else. Simple example : They trained me in software dev for 3months and put me in support project. It took me 2.5 yrs to come out of that support project with manager approval and landed a data engineer role. I won't suggest infy to the worst of my enemy. This is the worst organisation ever when it's comes as compensation, hikes and promotions.No value for performance. They only compensate and promote people based on their state , degree, religion and caste even if they don't have the bare minimum eligibility to deserve that. They don't even consider the employee who working hard andgiving consistent high performance even if they have more than the required eligibility they won't even consider them for any hike or promotion....Read More

Excellent Infrastructure and Greeneries and Cosmic atmosphere in the Campus Mahindra Work City . Food is taken atmost care with subsidised cost. Facilities are enormous.

Yes. I liked working in Infosys but I left because of absence of Ethics and Compliance Mechanism to deal with Employee's grievances.

their wfh and wfo model still benefits people from various locations and they prioritize and help their employees with work life balance in a better way compared to other companies

the appraisal and promotional cycle is not consistent and the salary hikes are not provided to employees even if the company is declaring a good quaterly result

I have no likes. There is such a very very worst management and managers.

No employee care. There is an onsite powerful unmankind guy torturing employees using some kind of electro magnetic devices. Making people sick. That guy must have charged to arre st. This is totally waste of time and energy. Never join this place. Investigate about onsite powerful unmankind guy first. I do not recommended this place not even to begg er.

Work culture depends on project and team. My project was with good team and there was no work pressure. Leave policy is good where we can take planned leave as we wish.

Dislikes

1. No promotion for 3 year (2022 to 2025). Same salary since 2022 2. No recognition of talent and promotion. Promotions are given mostly for those who drop paper (I was offered to stay with 30% hike with promotion). I rejected the offer they gave to stay in.
