Freshers are getting more salary than the experiences persons and if we ask they will say your package was high and there is no safety for the people who going home on late night shifts cab people's are troubling employees, if we complain to the management they will not listen to employees

Good working life balance along with scope to learn emerging technologies. Work satisfaction depends on the project that you work, but overall in most of the project you will find the work life balance.

Salary and Benefits are not up to the industry standard. Hike and promotions won't be satisfied most of the time.
