Infosys campus is really good you feel like you are in other country until you are in office.

Dislikes

Infosys always find ways to steal the Employee salary , It will deduct the hard earned employee salary irrespective of the reasons. Even you get the Outstanding rating for the hardwork you done there is no guarantee that you will get the Hike.

The freshers. They are talented people regardless of how much they know. They have a knack to learn, grow and get iut of there.

Dislikes

The company dosent reward based on indivisual performance of the employee. first 2 years would go in getting the salary that was promised to you at the time of joining. And there wont be any increments for first 3 years. Apart from the one i just mentioned. ITS NOT FOR FRESHERS.

Compensation is terrible. Managers have a habit of lying to employees and exploiting them as they get a small moneyary benefit based on how much the employees cost. So cheaper the workforce more money for top management.

This is the worst organisation ever when it's comes as compensation, hikes and promotions.No value for performance. They only compensate and promote people based on their state , degree, religion and caste even if they don't have the bare minimum eligibility to deserve that. There are alot learning opportunities for freshers as well as laterals. Good culture and Supportive Colleagues again depends on project to project I got really good team, sometime there is a lot work load but you will definitely learn every day.

Salary compensation, appraisal and promotion is very bad. I was working as an SAP FICO Consultant but salary is really too much low. HR will never listen to you if you want an salary hike even if you have really good reviews from managers and client, they will just show you policy of promotions and appraisal</mark>. Campus structure and nauture: infrastructure and natural surroundings are good; cleanliness and hygiene are also good and maintained. Secure and protective for women and girls if they needed any assistance or any type of flexibility, also traving protective if late-night works are theirs.

Unresponsive team: Incredibly challenging to receive timely assistance from HR, recruiters, and managers. Lack of support, especially when needed. Teams respond only when it pertains to work, often with pressing demands. Constant Pressure: Employees are frequently pushed to meet deadlines and remain active on their PCs from morning to night, leaving no room for personal space or relaxation. Sapiance Tracking: Sapiance to monitor employees enforces stringent online activity, adding unnecessary stress and micromanagement. Hectic work environment: The work culture is overhelmingly demanding, with uncooperative leads who behave in a bossy and critical manner. This lack of collaboration significantly hampers the work experience.
