Flexibility of work hours.

Dislikes

Many, to name a few - Appraisal and promotions are given the least priority and are often avoided. Flexibility of work hrs is given provided you support round the clock and sometimes on your leaves as well. No transperency whatsoever. Work ethics and employee employer relationship is not healthy.

After covid my department got better projects, earlier salesforce dept was only focused on service based projects now we have lots of development project. Best hybrid work policy.

Dislikes

Not good company for a fresher still continuing with Infosys, I have seen people with same experience as mine sometime more or less, have less knowledge but getting better salaries than me since they joined as a lateral.

Just a job. Not much to like unless you like to play office politics. Even after winning H1B visa lottery they couldn't get my visa secured.

No increment in 2 years while the company posted record profits. Poorly managed projects where employees aren't treated well

Everything, everything u can hate . Be it the manager, be the salary the project . Only thing is they won't throw you out that easily ,you may get 2 months more time than any other companies, but they will also throw you out

I most like only that provide hybrid models, so if u working here you have to complete 10 days in a month. if you join Infosys definitely after 3 yrs you will get a promotion.

Dislikes

If you working in operation than your company social life will be destroy, you will not participate any where. you will not get facility is u working 24x7 special in night time. If u join here don't expect hike for that u have to do more buttering.

Job Security and nothing else

Dislikes

Every thing, they dont care employees health, prosperity, well being and so on. They didn’t even give hikes , even if they give hike it would be 2-4 % for outstanding performers. Narayana Murthy says 70 Hours per week but he never take care of his employees well being.

Job security and project engagements. Good opportunity to learn.

Dislikes

If you are into service based project then everything lies at client. Manager rarely interact. Only if you get into bench then manager will look for more engagment. There are IJP opportunity but limited to certain departments or skills.

HRs thinks they are generating revenue to a staffing company without knowing that Infosys actually gets revenues by paying 5% of the actual money to consultants and getting 95% profit Only with that profit HRs are getting paid Gardeners and securities are getting paid After WFO, Infosys PM are not billed by client So they are also getting paid by the work of Consultants
