Extra work hours, no compoff and pay for Saturday's support. Terrible managers who does not give leave eventhough you have 101 degree celsius fever. No appreciation and lot of politics. Worst management. They only care about the client and not about the employee's life. Due to stress, i resigned from Infosys without any offer.

Job security wise and learning wise okay.

Dislikes

No hikes for multiple consecutive years for laterals, atleast 3 to 4 years, need to be very hard internally. Lot of politics, onsite only for who put down the papers. Unit work will be more than the project related work or sometimes equal. Good Ratings are not given eventhough you perform very better. Mediocre management and various pathetic company policies.

Worst work culture. Team members used abusive Language curse words. I handled complete project responsibility of project we were team of 4 but 0% contribution from team members I have handled all the development and all the work . Team members only used to talk too much and steal credit actually doing nothing. 3 members got paid for free over 8 months. When I brought up team dynamics with manager it has not been taken care and dismissed as joke . I brought this up many times in 9 months but it was not taken seriously. So I resigned. Work culture , poor work life balance. They even charge you for parking even in SEZ . The prices in cafeteria are higher. And obviously we all know Narayan murthy the boss expects you to work 14 hours a day for India’s growth not Infosys growth!!!

World class infrastructure. Employees benifits like health insurance life insurance NPS are very good. Opportunity to switch career to different streams like consultant, power programmer, Digital solution specialist etc Hybrid work policy.

Dislikes

Inequality in salary for same designation. Those who stick with company can expect an average salary hike of 3 to 4% only. Very low onsite salary. Your growth depends on the unit you belongs.

Well, suppose you work for almost 8 years for the company and still when you leave. Your managers and management do not even give a farewell goodbye. I had seen so many examples like this. But again, it’s the project management people and not the company

Good Brand Name Nice Campus Canteens ECC Onsite opportunity, when you leave to retain

Appraisal, Promotion Client side project too far 30-40 km, while same can be done from ODC in office. RMG, for Senior i.e TL put rejection even if you have genuine concerns like disability without thinking twice. Won't do to Juniors who rejects N number of projects, And roam freely. Variable Pay Low salary and still charges Parkingcharge, as if we are going to any mall to watch movie. Not seen this in any organisation....Read More
