Worst work culture. Team members used abusive Language curse words. I handled complete project responsibility of project we were team of 4 but 0% contribution from team members I have handled all the development and all the work . Team members only used to talk too much and steal credit actually doing nothing. 3 members got paid for free over 8 months. When I brought up team dynamics with manager it has not been taken care and dismissed as joke . I brought this up many times in 9 months but it was not taken seriously. So I resigned. Office politics here you will loose job even after doing work of 4 people they will take free salary. You get so fed up that you have resign from the job....Read More

Appraisal, Promotion Client side project too far 30-40 km, while same can be done from ODC in office. RMG, for Senior i.e TL put rejection even if you have genuine concerns like disability without thinking twice. Won't do to Juniors who rejects N number of projects, And roam freely. Variable Pay Low salary and still charges Parkingcharge, as if we are going to any mall to watch movie. Not seen this in any organisation....Read More

Everything: management here is strongly following favouritism, HR supports managers only and if you are not in good books of your manager or even team lead, your ratings are always ME (meet expectations). Good Books means: come early and leave late, follow all words from them, do buttering and ruin your carrier and aspirations.

Not satisfied with the work culture. Manager always targets and demotivates new people instead of making them comfortable.(Might not with the case of all projects) Post joining experience was also bad, no one helps or supports you if you have any concerns.

I had been part of the Dutch client and my life has been awesom for few years there.Best work life balance in that project. The salaries were on time but the variable pays were getting lower n lower.They will also make sure you take trainings time to time to skill yourself so they can fill their Excel sheets and submit to higher levels just to show off. Th campus is awesome with all facilities.

Dislikes

Never ever join the Citi Bank project.Its the worse and they use time monitoring tool to make sure you have completed 9 hours inside the VDI.The managers won't adress the issues with the clients. Definitely it depends on project to project.
