Hybrid work from home and some managers are really good. Its your luck if you get good or bad manager and client.

Dislikes

No promotion, No increment even with highest rating. Only offers 30% max to employees if resigned. No one gets promotion easily and even promotion is not going to give very good hike. Best way to get hike is resignation. If asked for promotion then they will ask for giving interview internallt for new roles etc.
