Hybrid policy is not great. No appreciation for real talent. Ego from experienced persons doesn't share knowledge to juniors. No job security, always the higher management goals keep changing which makes product at high risk

There is nothing to like at all, immediate leaders don't possess software development knowledge and are too much into politics. Too much micromanagement.

No recognition, no compensation hike, no appreciation, too much work pressure, leaders are worst, and too much tracking and micro-managements. Not worth joining the company. Overall a failing company with crab mentality people and under qualified people who manage only service related shit and internal politics with no knowledge ppl along with childish like mentality with harassment issue

Best work culture Good work life balance. Senior Management is good and supportive Various opportunities to work on different tech stacks or framework. So able to get good opportunities to learn. Good opportunities in Dell EMC data storage domain. Dell has strong vision and planning in data storage domain

Dislikes

Compensation is low compared to other product based and competitive companies. No stocks in CTC in general or fresher joinee. Sometime depending on projects technologies used might be legacy/old.
