I always believe that its not the organization which is bad or worse but its always the people who works their make it worst. As a organization its totally worth it working here.

1 - Layoffs are too frequent. You will get a call from HRBP and she/he will ask to shutdown your laptop within 15 mins and submit it the next day or else your FnF will kept on hold 2 - While they say about cost cutting and laying off employees but on the other providing promotions to their favorite one's, and I am still unable to understand that you are laying off 15 employees but promoting your favorite person to Manager Level that too the person has not even completed 2 years in the process. I have worked with multiple organizations but never have I ever seen such a fast track promotion. I am sure that girl/boy got some good skills. 3 - HRBP are the worst. If there is any escalation or any kind of discussion soon turns to an argument. I still remember that I was on a call with HRBP on some fake allegations made by the manager, before even identifying or understanding the real truth about the matter my HRBP started the conversation "Why are doing like this". I dint even got a chance to speak and my truth was unheard. 4 - Higher stake holders are super biased 5 - The newly turned Manager asks for Golden earnings from her/his team on birthdays, that means bribes are openly allowed. He/She has even told the team that I will get you nice ratings in the coming year. 6 - Layoffs are always going on here, even if anyone is planning to join, but keep a mindset that your name can be in the layoff list anytime no matter what work you have done, whatever is your tenure, whatever is your level. I have witness an 18 year old tenure person was asked to leave the org. Thats so sad that it was his/her first and last company to work with. 7 - All the above reviews are true and honest. I always feel that a right and deserving person should sit on the throne not the one who doesnt have any skills and does not even know how to speak in any meetings or not the one who always does the sugar coating....Read More

Capita does not have job security even though they call it a people company. They ask you to resign because of business redundancy but does not allow you to select that option while submitting resignation. They demanded hard work from us however at the time of exit they did not gave me my variable pay citing various irrelevant reasons. They even put my salary on hold saying that it will be released with the fnf even though i requested them to release my salary due to financial circumstances. Everyone i spoke to just kept telling me about the policy but no one really understood my problem. All of their policies are business favourable. None of the policy is in employee favour even though they call it an employee centric environment. None of my superiors had the courtesy to msg me or wish me luck on my last working day. Worst place to work, they have no ethics, they are diplomatic all the time they'll say something do something. Official job timing will be 9.15-6.15 but actually it will be 9.15- 8, 8:30. They don't care about you but about their sales, don't even about your health your problems. They lie about everything job job designation, salary, timings, package break everything. And your manager will insult you behave like you are worthless because you are not performing because they just care about results, your sales target not about your efforts you are making like daily 500-600 calls 3 hour calling, 11.5 hours working although they'll only pay for 9 hours at the end you are wrong in that place. joined here as a fresher and during induction we were promised the world to us but lately did i get to know that all this company does is gives stress and lies. Even after performing well and working for more than one year not even a single cent of my salary was increased. There was going to be our yearly appraisal in march 2024 butthey denied and said we will do it in oct 2024, waited till Oct 2024 and they said sorry the appraisal will happen in Jan 2025. In nov 2024 the biggest client of capita which is O2 ramped down its process and all employees were told to put down our papers and we lost our job. Management suddenly decides to cancel yearly appraisal and bonuses for all companies across India. Rest all companies outside India get their appraisal and bonus as normal. Growth is very limited. Again reason being they will have to increase the salary and the company does not have the budget for it so they rather make work as a manager without making u one.

Work culture is to toxic . Office politics to next level. No value for skilled resources. They take advantage of skilled resources and use them and then play office politics against them which is so wrong as an organisation . Very disappointed .joined this company with lot of positivity and gave 100% to the company and worked along. But senior level management is very toxic and they are to involved in playing politics and unskilled resources and people talking sweet and being in good books are encouraged irrespective of their work and spread of toxicity due them .
