1) The client is paramount and your role in the project will over as soon as your contributions are no longer needed. Synechron will ask you to resign forcefully . 2. 10% of the total employees have been with the company for 15 to 20 years, often due to internal politics. The remaining 90% employees either live in constant fear of job insecurity or have been dismissed without valid reason 3. During my tenure, hundreds of employees were laid off with a severance package equivalent to three month's salary 4. 5 star ratings on Ambition box are often fabricated by marketing and branding team 5. There is zero security and many employees lived in constant fear of losing their jobs. Under such circumstances , how can we expect employees to perform effectively? 6. The company provides a joining kit, including items like T-shirts and bags, for promotional purposes, so there's no need to be overly excited about receiving it 7. At Synechron, there is 45 days bench period during which many fake interview calls are conducted, and there is no feedback provided after the interviews 8. It's very difficult for employees to survive even six months, yet Associate director and Directors have been with the company for 15 to 20 years. Campus facilities were good. Transportation provided. Synechron is really good at branding and marketing.

Lately, it became a hire and fire company. It may be good for freshers unless you stick for too long like I did. Appraisals are non existent. Lots of unnecessary people in the hierarchy, mostly technically dead people in the higher management. I know tons of Director and Manager level people just doing PMO work since years (filling excel sheets at onsite locations), sales people keep bluffing the clients with Synechron capabilities, buzzwords etc while in reality, there's no talent pool. Job security is very poor. I will try to explain in detail. Basically, tech people ( billable people ) are only cared as long as they are tagged to a project. Project gone and you are fired. On the other side, Manager to Director level people are mostly non billable. They will get tagged to some random PMO or internal project and survive the wave. If you are really good at your work, please don't consider Synechron. If you are kind of average skilled and guru ghantal type, you may consider Synechron. Somehow get outside the billing loop via moving up the hierarchy and sit on your CTC like a hen sits on her eggs. And ultimately book your grave in one of the company campus....Read More

If you're not placed on another project within this period, your position is at risk.
