Due to less workforce in Fujitsu India as compared to other IT service organizations in India there are opportunities to move in to different roles without much issues as management also prefers rotation of employees instead of hiring externally. The office premises facility and admin support staff treat all employees with courtesy and respect. Due to less headcount , the office support staff knows each office going employee by their name and face hence there are negligible chances to face process humiliation while availing services from functions IT, HR, admin Security, parking etc. There are various mechanism for rewards and recognition for Good performers. Yearly leaves quota - 15 Annual Leaves , 15 Sick Leaves , 10 Casual Leaves, 10 Holidays , 5 days working, 8 hrs shift and Hybrid working 11 days every month....Read More

The bench policy in Fujitsu India is a drawback specially for professionals like Program/Project Managers and Project Implementation resources due to short term billable assignment to projects. However if someone joins delivery roles then it's not a major issue. Band Promotion is a challenge due to limitation of the band structure which is small and quota for yearly promotion is less and stringent. Only a handful of people in the leadership (mostly based in Pune) take decisions based on their instinct so better not to mess with them on any topic reason being they are quite elderly in their age / experience and they work with traditional government sector mindset that is why they mostly prefer sincere /Obedient people over straight forward/blunt people no matter how talented they might be. CAB pick/drop facility is not provided until the cost is approved by project. Except for few projects, the projects running on low cost margin don't approve CAB cost. One has to come to office on their own....Read More

1. For learning and development, they would conduct some training sessions and give learning platforms like udemy and linkedin learning. 2. Got a friendly employee manager and able to complete some certifications. 3. Friendly colleagues. There are some good project and SDM available in this organization but what I received is in dislikes

1. For sure, will tag you in irrelevant project which mismatch with employee skill and core domain. 2. No proper details will be provided by some project managers/lead about project description, working timing and scope of work. 3. Most of the project will be like documentation in excel/design sheet documentation/even though if its technical project, IT team will cry to provide employee with hands-on infra to practise or work. 4. Most of build/development project will taken over by Japan, only documentation work will be given to indian team. 5. Incase, if you find the project irrelevant to your skill and you decide drop from project they wont release you from project. The only way is you have to resign. 6. For the first time in my working experience, I heard a senior manager literally cursed/scolded for resigning and post that asked whether you decide to stay/move out. 7. After two years of Fujitsu experience when I attended an interview, the interviewer gave me a feedback that i'm strong in concept but lost in latest update of technology in same technology which I was expert 2 years back. 8. Salary hike will be like high salaried employees will get low percentage and low salaried with some better percentage. 9. 90 days notice period. On the whole, its all based on my and most of my colleagues experience and some might have got better experience....Read More

The notice period is three months, which is unusually long and often not accepted by other employers. Low hike. Promotion cycle is very slow. Mostly project are handled from Pune and Chennai office so you won't feel part of team. May face partiality while working in Noida office. Lots of unnecessary documentation in Japanese Project.

Fujitsu not secured company and any time they will fire if employee are in bench Management is very poor , they will change the policy at any time. They taken like no bench policy after 2.5 years they bring bench policy due fund no coming from japan and no project, they put only 45 days time period instead of 90 days. Manage will take only good resource , partial skill available manger will not take. No learnings If we have good relation manger then you have less skill you will be safe. Some mangers are good , some mangers are not good , even project available also they will take any resource in the project, they will take only they will like....Read More
