Some time back it's used to be a wonderful company, Leadership and internal politics, lack of ownership ruined company.

Dislikes

Ownership of leadership and limited opportunity, no one think about company only personal goals , leaders do not have any vision no goals no target, small projects , leaders are happy.

Job security, working places, cab facilities, hybrids working.

Dislikes

Huge politics in department, it’s an IT consultancy service provider company but working like manufacturing companies. Management told they are saying we have open policies but they having eggo problems if you asking any questions.

Work life balance is very good in Fujitsu you don’t have to login other than office hours to complete the day’s work.

Things are some thing i dislike about Fujitsu is the HR are very bad they don’t call you. even they don’t pickup your phone you have to call them whole day just to pickup one time. And the location of Fujitsu is very bad literally the worst place you can imagine the office doesn’t look very good either so can see they cost cuted there and one last thing Fujitsu salary is not as attractive as some other companies....Read More

In Pune service desk there was one lead in North side who is harassing and emotionally Blackmailing the team member . He is irritating ledies employee in his project. He demanding money for promotion if rejected then he raise pip. The work culture is good. We get lot new technologies to learn. The hybrid shift and project wise and their work hours pay out is great.

The salary was low, but also the work load was less depending upon the project.

Transport and little bit flexibility about hybrid model

Dislikes

HR and managers are difficult to deal with. Manager traps employees throughout the year and compromises individual's performance so that HR can make the employee forcefully resign. All productivity gets wasted due to office politics.
