Fujitsu as company for job safety is very good till I worked there , they don't do any unnecessary deduction in salary (no hidden and manipulated yearly quarterly bonus) , they have chill atmosphere no such pressure , office timing and transport facility is good as compare to other companies , you get to learn Japanese language before they have 90 Japanese client , they also provide good training for that , less traffic as compare to other IT parks in Pune ,...Read More

1) I hate that they are leading IT company but they still manage everything on Excel from bottom to top , their internal software system is really bad 2) increment during my period was below average. 3) I don't believe in technical hiring process at fujitsu , they have so many bad coders and managers that i doubt who is hiring them without any knowledge 4) major shortfall of projects , I know people who are on bench from 2 years 1.5 years 6) they follow all old technic and system like waterfall management etc. no new tools software like jira or scrum 7) Pune office is biggest and canteen and food facility is really bad their and employee don't have any other options and its MIDC area not IT park...Read More

They dont have any bonus/variable amount system in salary , provide transport facility in most of area in pune , I personally did not felt any work pressure in company , a lot of scope to learn japanese also provide training for that ,

1) They dont have much projects did overhiring during corona , people sit on bench 12 years , 2) Old working methods , everything , project management included happens on excel 3) PMs are not intrested in working on different new projects and tech , they are like goverment employees , complete this and move forward. 4) I thinkthey don't have facility and admin department in pune , because if they had admin and facility department then thier building would not be like this , some of office infra is worst than goverment offices. 5) Food facility is very bad in this company (Pune main office) if you are going to work here bring your own food 6) No additinal bonus , diwali gifts , no emplyoee awards...Read More
