Worst culture, Management is very worst and no skill development, internal movement is not possible in better growth, worst case scenario is salary hike and promotion. They promotes on basis of who is acting like their pet dog working hard is waste of time . Joining here I can say not good if u join better u leave in a year of experience instead u struck inside.

Note: Its not a cloud ,network related job, Do not fall in the trap of Hiring team stunts as we did. its a Call ,chat ticket support and 0 scope of Growth. If you are a fresher go for some other opportunity , Don't spoil you F* career 1.They select the freshers ,and treat them as sheep's for 2 years of agreement. 2.Company always goes to losses at the time of increments. 0 scope of increments and 100% lies of increments .Work hard as you can your rating will be always 3. 3.No budget for Headset ,mousepads (tech should buy there own ) 4.Management Politics ,if you question them get ready to be targeted. 5. A Growing company faces many choices that can either lead to success or result in failure. they are independent. working ahead for a higher level replacement right away. the system wont halt due to the loss of an employee they will planned immediately and assigned the responsibilities to the new individual labor.

The salary is very negotiable, but it doesn't really match the living costs suggested by the laws on papers. they only provide a minimum wage, which isn't enough considering the inflation rate in 2025 to meet social needs. Absconding resignation are also a significant issue I've noticed here, with a high turnover rate that management is struggling to lower, reaching as high as 10% or even more. The relationship between clients and management can also be seen as similar to the communication in organized versus unorganized sectors. The mindset of a manager often appears to prioritize profit over the well being of employees, it seems that the focus is primarily on f-gain rather than fostering the credibility and a healthy work environment, which i feel is a significant concern of iteration rate....Read More

In Every company there will be a BPHR(Business Partner Hr) related to your project n domain. And whatever is the issue or concern and reaching out your BPHR will be your POC(Point of Contact). But in Movate here. If you have any issue related to your leaves or salary concern then if you drop a mail to your BPHR then they will simplycc your mail with your TL or manager email id. Means routing back to your TL or manager. They the BPHR will not even taken care about your concern. And when if you have done any blunder in your work or shift then BPHR will come forward with shoulder broad saying that "I am your BPHR and I will handle this issue in my hand". When you ping your BPHR in whatsapp or teams. He will see and will not repsond. And when you will call him he will talk in rude way why did you call me at this time. You don't know my shift timings. You should have asked me what is my shift timings etc etc. After facing this callenges once you escalate to next level HR manager then your issue will look into the proper way. Please don't take transport facility in movate as there transport management are irresponsible. They don't update the change in shift to the cab guy and when you ask for the can they will say we didn't have the update. You will get two calls one is from cab team that "are you coming" eventhough it was confirmed and second call from driver that "are you coming"?...Read More

The projects they offer for networking. Especially deep hands on experience with the tools and too much of exposure to the projects with transperancy. Would recommend anyone to join this organisation which gives you a great knowledge especially with soft skills development. But when it comes to appraisal and opportunities it's very less I found out. Not too many IJPs you'll see in your email.

1. Select your projects which does not requires you to ask for breaks. It should be free when it comes to taking our breaks. 2. IJPs rolled out are totally irrelevant, if you're someone having more than 5+ Years of experience you'll still need to wait for the opportunities to be rolled out. 3. Appraisal is very less. TBH it'll be max upto 2-3%. 4. HR is active, but you know very well about the HRs of all companies. They prioritize other things rather focusing on what's need to be done....Read More

There are so many flaws here . Especially management, they even dont know how to treat employees . Putting high pressure for reaching targets & even take our weekends to complete the targets . there is a person (manager👴🏼) , he only knows his excel formulas, no one can understand that . Tryrating is the good project but these people are making that worst for their own buildups . Here every Team lead is chemcha’s of Managers, whatever they said , these people will follow , they dont use brains to make decisions. Here i dont want to mention their names, if I mention, they will report this review & delete , cheap mind fellows. Finally dont join here in GIS field , its waste of your time & career . The work life balance is good, so far my teamates and project managers were too friendly and work load is quiet well.

In terms of Salary Appraisal or other benefits, it is not regonizable for those who deserves most of employees lose their hope on continue work on within this organisation. If they change this, it would be one of the satisfying organisation.
