It might be better not to join MOVATE than to be jobless. the environment lacks opportunities for skill development, and the management appears more focused on the politics and profit. they negotiate targets and salaries like street vendors, which is quite unprofessional. Out of 500 employees 490 are unhappy and frustrated with the management. the behavior resembles that of a school environment, with no proper recognition or leaves. People who curry favor with the management get promoted even if they don't attend interviews there's a lack of understanding and employees are measured solely by their ability to meet unrealistic targets based on billing. i would like to mention some managers name with the Hr name they are not managers they are scammers. 1 Rajsekhar komaravelly - bull shit guy 2. Srinivasa rao tammireddy - bull shit guy 3. Aswathy 4 Rohita 5 Sunil 7 Hr - sindu 8 Sikender reddy 9 Jagan 10 Ramya sakamudi 11 vishwa and many more. worst managers. ProJet's earning - 3lakh dollar per/month. No salary hikes, No increments, No appraisal. Company itlself is in financial crisis. They can remove you whenever they want. No job security. Notice period is 3 months which doesn't suits the company. No growth in compensation as well as knowledge.

School teachers manager behaviour. No professionalism Fish market management. Hr Negotiate like rikshawala. Hikes like UPI Discount upto 2%. Target benchmark set based on assuming robot not humans. There Behaviour is like they are doing favour on employees but in reality they are earning 1000 from the employees and giving 1 rupeessalary to them. Also on everything they deducted the cost for example if transport allowance ideally should be 500 but if they give 350 to old employee when policy proposed after cost cutting they reduced it to 300 to new employee as they don't know the background. Always think 100times you join here they have habit of cost cutting. They removed the access of outlook mail because they see there is no use of it. Team leads are they are co-operating people's, manager also supportive if you are facing any new issues or you stuck somewhere they will help you out on that situation.

Minimum leaves this organization giving, appraisal skipped, they didn't giving the good amount for increment, except manager and leads are good but the management is worst same that bangalore organization, movate working for google's client as a third party vendor so the base on experience also this organization didn't giving the good package..
