It might be better not to join MOVATE than to be jobless. the environment lacks opportunities for skill development, and the management appears more focused on the politics and profit. they negotiate targets and salaries like street vendors, which is quite unprofessional. Out of 500 employees 490 are unhappy and frustrated with the management. the behavior resembles that of a school environment, with no proper recognition or leaves. People who curry favor with the management get promoted even if they don't attend interviews there's a lack of understanding and employees are measured solely by their ability to meet unrealistic targets based on billing. i would like to mention some managers name with the Hr name they are not managers they are scammers. 1 Rajsekhar komaravelly - bull shit guy 2. Srinivasa rao tammireddy - bull shit guy 3. Aswathy 4 Rohita 5 Sunil 7 Hr - sindu 8 Sikender reddy 9 Jagan 10 Ramya sakamudi 11 vishwa and many more. worst managers. ProJet's earning - 3lakh dollar per/month.
