What I liked most about working at Virtusa was the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects that helped me grow both technically and professionally. The company culture promotes continuous learning, and I had great support from mentors and teammates.

Dislikes

While I had a great learning experience at Virtusa, one thing I found challenging was the limited visibility into project planning and decision-making for junior developers. At times, this made it harder to understand the bigger picture and contribute more strategically. Even though many companies strictly asking to return to office, Virtusa is not implementing it strictly. Provides lot of opportunities to enroll and learn new rhings

Dislikes

Employee policies are not adhered by company. Employee appraisal happen every half-year but hikes doesn't. In last 3.5 years only one salary hike cycle happened. HR follow up on non essential things but maintain radio silence when it comes to any queries related to rating or hikes.
