I am still waiting for virtuda onboarding update for june2024 batch

Virtusa already given the joining dates for the June 2024 batch students with all agreement signature and background verification. But suddenly before 4days if joining they have posted that there is delay in the onboarding. So now we are facing difficulties without any job. Because of virtusa I have lost my old job.now I am jobless

There’s actually nothing to like in Virtusa. Only good thing is an employees who are in projects are allowed to Work from home (but that also depends on the manager you get assigned to)

Dislike is on almost everything. No learning, no experience gain, no hikes.. nothing Virtusa

Experience totally depends on your project and team. If you are in the right team, you will have a blast.

Dislikes

Transition period between projects has not been a good experience. You won’t get things like shift allowance or comp off for working on weekends until and unless you ask for it.

My reporting manager is an amazing person, best boss and mentor one can have. Great company as a typical IT/ITES service orientated organization. Not aware of how it is for someone at the initial stages of your career but for lateral hires, expect decent workplace learning opportunities. Work culture/environment you are subjected to depends completely on your client side. If you are unhappy, then you should definitely speak to your reporting manager at both Virtusa and client sides. If I did not have a need to move on to a specific digital product to work on, I would have definitely stayed and spoken to my manager about the client side challenges like not entertaining planned leaves and a disorganized workflow. But then again, Virtusa is a service company, and will avoid jeopardizing relationships with clients if required at the cost of employee....Read More

Only learning purpose for update skills and company culture

There is no support for Telugu employees and there is no encouragment and even I don't know how is project call while working there I am very upset and mangers ,mentors are not supporting for sincere employees please support for Telugu employees many Telugu employees are suffered my request is honestly many Telugu employees only lose the jobs in 2023 because of no support in Hyderabad branch other branches are good to compare to Hyderabad 😞😞😞😞 ....Read More
