Hopeless leadership folks and pathetic Org hierarchy. All D+ folks have not heard about the word "Mentoring". They just wait for you to fail and happily play the blame game Absolutely no concern for the folks who are working really hard. They are just treated like dirt. One of the worst decisions to join this company. Zero percent hike in 2 years.

The company doesn't appreciate innovative ways of thinking even though its tag line is Engineering First. Many skills in the organization are unused and for these to be explored and made use of, the right candidates should be identified and those who work for the interest of the organization should be appreciated and applauded and not by how much one is known.
