Okayish job security, they don't directly fire people, provide initial help needed to settle down in a new place country.

... need support at night or weekend or even at new year. Old mentality management Very low salary or compensation as compared to market competition. People with No skills are Managing the people with skills.

Work culture is really good. Management is approachable and helpful. Free Udemy trainings.

Salary is less compared to other companies. Health insurance for parents is not there by default and premium is bit costly if we need to include parents for health insurance.

CEO, Faisal Hussain, he is the gem and very down to earth kind of person… If you are really good at your roles, you will not have to worry about your compensation, growth, rewards, recognition, progression etc

They will give you Salary whatever you demand but later there is no internal hike as such. So while joining you should demand higher

No Job security at all. Most of the projects are short term. If you don't have Project. 45 days Bench and then terminated. In that 45 days also, they line up interviews which do not match your skills just to count the no. Of interviews you have given and still not selected. And then make it a reason of termination
