Higher management is third class. Delivery management to VP people do not understand client and their expectations. False feedbacks are given and ranking is done in appraisals. Too much favoritism and politics is played in appraisal. Appraisal is one side. In fact there are two appraisals which get run in any appraisal cycle. One which is shown to employee in the form of feedbacks. but on backend ranking appraisal is kept hidden from the employee. Delivery managers do not support to project managers in resolving project impediments. When I started working in this company in 2021, there were no client infrastructure (macbooks) provided for the first 4 months because of X reasons but project was started for billability money and resources were kept idle for first 4 months. Macbooks was basic requirement to start the client work. Second thing is without any knowledge transfer projects are accepted. Proper skilled resources are not given to project managers to deliver the projects. no salary hikes to lower level employees, higher management gets everything. A lot of cost cutting is done on low level resource costing. But a lot of money is spent on salaries of higher management and their perks. Cybage is just a one man show. no one should join this company if you are joining as project manager and higher role . Good company only for junior resources for work for 2-3 years, not more than this period. Employments are terminated when company wishes and that too in just 1 day. So 0 job security is there in Cybage....Read More

No worklife balance you have to complete 9 hrs in office on your WFO days. Department level discrimination in salary hikes, like internal projects/departments get handsome appraisals doing minimum work while people who are billable to the client get very less appraisals sometimes billable resources get nothing. On top of that all the projects here are maintainance projects, so forget your software development dreams and forget your weekends too as most often you'll have to work on weekends so that the client will not leave cybage. No option for upskilling - does not provide any learning platform no course/ certificate reimbursement. Few udemy courses which are available for free is given as trainings. Very very poor Job stability- I have seen headcount going down from 8.5k to 7k in a year, I've seen sad faces escorted outside the premises every day in 2024. They will layoff 4-5 people daily to avoid mass layoff allegations. No laptops are provided you have to use your own personal laptops....Read More

Group Head/DMs talk very sweet with employees on face. (But there is somethibg different in their mind). very good work life balance

One man show culture. Wrong method of ranking of employees in appraisal. Employees working in different prijects/clients but under same group head are ranked by griup head. How can you rank like this when challeges of each employee are different , customer expectations are different, customer working culture is different. This is totally wrong method of ranking same level/designation employees. Accept projects without any knowledge transfer from customer side or from earlier vendor. And expect from teams to execute project successfully in small span of time. In appraisals, people are foced to write false feedbacks from group head or DMs, upper level KRAs are pushed down to lower level and upper people sit idle and don't do anything. Their role is only in appraisal to play politics....Read More

They keep on giving training and shadow resource type work to a employee and very less chances of getting a billable client resource.
