Great learning’s as it’s an interesting industry.

Mid Management is pathetic with unqualified people holding these positions. What needs to change: 1. vision and strategy at mid management level is required. Currently focus is on execution but without strategy. 2. willingness to accept and adapt to changing situation. 3. Cumbersome internal bureaucracy leading to time inefficiency,unhappy customers and order loss needs to be done with. 4. Dependency and bottleneck needs to be removed. Processes are not streamlined and critical bottleneck on human dependency creates problem for the people who are working. 5. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
