Mid Management is pathetic with unqualified people holding these positions. What needs to change: 1. vision and strategy at mid management level is required. Currently focus is on execution but without strategy. 2. willingness to accept and adapt to changing situation. 3. Cumbersome internal bureaucracy leading to time inefficiency,unhappy customers and order loss needs to be done with. 4. Dependency and bottleneck needs to be removed. Processes are not streamlined and critical bottleneck on human dependency creates problem for the people who are working. 5. Work was good, Management was pathetic. No Strategy at Mid Management level and no willingness to accept, adapt and change. This hampers growth.
