Company wise, it provides many benefits to employees. However, poor management brings it down. Despite putting in a lot of effort, there is no job support. Lenovo has ability to absorb and react as per Market shockers. The culture doesn't believe in taking over night decisions due to change in Market dynamics and stay invested with resources. A lot of effort goes in skill development. Leadership is reachable .

Dislikes

Work Life balance is not up to the mark. If you are on leave , manager will still call and bother one for updates or taking feedback on tasks. Many Saturday's are spoiled due to system flaws.
