Good Company to work for. Very well established management & good culture. You can learn much from the seniors on professional etiquette for self career development. Saturday & Sunday fixed off, Annual performance bonus is satisfactory, Heath insurance policy includes All family members irrespective of age bracket & it does not deduct any amount from Gross Salary. Even you can opt your father/mother in law's through corporate insurance which is a good benifit. Flexible time in job including work from home if you are hired as a remote employee, otherwise hybrid work culture....Read More

Dislikes

Recently company has made organizational restructuring that laid off some managerial roles. The job security which was a good suggestion for this company but now it's not like that. Foreign tours on target achievement is very limited for the employees (Particularly in Service Division).

Happy go lucky company.. nobody is worried about their or company's growth. A silent person who doesn't have any opinion can spend a life here..

Few Senior members have made this company a lala company. They treat this company as their property. They can taunt anybody, supress every opinion, question even if it's not even related,get personal whenever they feel like and there's nobody to stop them
