Learning curve is extremely high. You get to learn and handle a lot of aspects of business that generally you won't get to in other companies. It's a small organization, so visibility is extremely high. Your productivity tends to be high owing to the company culture. Salary is never an issue, high performers are rewarded.

Dislikes

1. Lot of red tape. The decision making process is painfully slow 2. Work life balance is a myth. You need to start delegating work aggressively in case you want to have a work life balance 3. Internal movement can be slow. Merit is seen but often who you know can affect promotions

First of all I started working at Micromax past 3years my major part of the role is attending the customer which means Cco (Customer care officer) at Front office desk... After that I joined in Lenovo Motorola There also my keyrole is attending the customer Cco.There are some does and don'ts will be happen occasionally..so more I'm a person whom to convince the customer for my product dat which is repaired with some sort of problem will occured many customers will be satisfied with my words and appreciate my role and give a feedback too...so more our office atmosphere is well and good...my communication skills also been improved through this way... overall I'm satisfied with it...And my colleagues are a person they are been friendly and helpful......Read More
