Opinion on personal career management
I feel being friendly and professional, rather than being friends with everyone at your workplace, is the way ahead if you wish to have a long and stable career. Rather than complicating stuff, have short term plans: Evaluate your situation ever 3-4 years on the following parameters: 1. Are you learning anything new from the day-to-day work that you do? Is there enough scope for learning and development? 2. Is there recognition for your work that you do from your team? Are you feeling appreciated? 3. Are you being paid fairly? Are you able to pay your monthly bills and save/invest for future? I feel planning and execution is the key. Comments and suggestions are welcome.

First of all I started working at Micromax past 3years my major part of the role is attending the customer which means Cco (Customer care officer) at Front office desk... After that I joined in Lenovo Motorola There also my keyrole is attending the customer Cco.There are some does and don'ts will be happen occasionally..so more I'm a person whom to convince the customer for my product dat which is repaired with some sort of problem will occured many customers will be satisfied with my words and appreciate my role and give a feedback too...so more our office atmosphere is well and good...my communication skills also been improved through this way... overall I'm satisfied with it...And my colleagues are a person they are been friendly and helpful...
