Best thing is the Company culture regarding to workplace rules and procedure. Benefits in terms of Work Hours , transparency in equal recognition and rewards.

Lenovo has ability to absorb and react as per Market shockers. The culture doesn't believe in taking over night decisions due to change in Market dynamics and stay invested with resources. A lot of effort goes in skill development. Leadership is reachable .

Dislikes

Work Life balance is not up to the mark. If you are on leave , manager will still call and bother one for updates or taking feedback on tasks. Many Saturday's are spoiled due to system flaws.
