Go with the India location. American Express would be a great choice as if you are in the UK and you think you would make a lot of money then you are wrong. Their expenses are very costly and if you have family then even more costly and if anything happens to any family member or in an emergency then you cannot go there and meet them. In India Medical expenses and medicines and cost of living are less when compared to UK and in UK indians are not that safe also. Better stick with India and the package is also good. You can have your wife, kids and family at one place. There is peace among your own people. You won't feel alone. Hope you get what I mean. If you move alone to the UK then okay but if you have a wife then both need to work and balance work and kids and other stuff on a foreign land all alone and it will be tough. Think about it before making any decision. Hope this helps.
