I like the infosys but appraisal is not good Also there is no good internal management system so otherwise all good

I don't like the internal management its deploying project random bases not on skills based then given training already there are lots of employees have the skills but they did not go for it random people they taken

The most worst feeling, I’m facing in Infosys because of some office politics, I don’t know why they are doing this, but my Manager is like I don’t know what’s for that person of Patil and some office holidays. He is holding my promotion and progression. Also, I don’t know why my work more than five projects, but still

Salary, Hike criteria and work assignments, they will not assign work for freshers based on their skills, due to their decisions its ruined most of the freshers career and they will struggle to move next company or level.

If you are working in CCD then there is no like about this work. you are not IL employee so you will treat like a slave you have to do all the work whether it is your or not ,Some managers are very rude.no matter how much efforts you have put still you will be consider as a not trustworthy employee as you are a subcontractor .

Good infrastructure and opportunity to work on large scale projects. The work culture largely depends on the manager, in my experience, it was excellent, all my team members were very helpfull.

Dislikes

Considering the industry standards, salary provided is too low. Employees cannot choose to work in their desired tech. Senior management is quite good at ignoring its employees efforts.

The culture, facilities, amenities are great but for career growth it's totally full stop.

Skill development, appraisal, hike, project opportunities inside Com are so less and tough, they hire new candidates and put them on bench. I know most of my colleagues more than 100 of my colleagues are on bench since they're joined /more than 2 year. It's not good for there careers and growth also. They only force you to do certification and courses on lex.

No job security if you are in bench, no work life balance as most of the projects are support projects so you need to involve in weekends and have to work in shifts and they are not hiring sufficient resources so there's more load on you and most of the times need to extend shift.
