Work life balance is good.

Getting Project is worst thing and no discussions for giving ratings from manager, no proper recognition for giving hike or for promotion. Very worst HR’s and managers which is very common in all MNC’s. Not understanding why do they keep HR post in all companies this position should be vanished as they are getting salary for simply supporting things to managers.

I am personally able to work on my professional and personal life balance. Salary wise yes everyone wants to earn more but the level of work i am doing i am getting paid for the same. I can't expect to work as an associate and dream to earn CEO salary.

nothing i like ...useless company for growth...better work for product based or startup

everything is bad...no communication...long waiting times for reply....nobody tells what to do...no work...struggle to get projects and basic information...even govt office better and more productive

Big fraud. They hire top talents from their competitors and destroy employees career. Worst management. They have terminated resigned employees instead of accepting resignation. Management, Employee HR are not good listeners nor good judge. They cannot deal with situation in positive way. 100% corrupted. I have proof.

Dislikes

Nothing is there to feel good about Infosys. Everytime Infosys share goes down, both Mr. and Mrs. Murthy come in the news with their lectures so that by watching them Infosys share goes up. Behind advertisement and media things are dark only. I was not treated fairly from beginning itself at Infosys. I was a lateral hire from it's competitor.

we will not get paid for what we have done. Appraisal and salary hike is very poor, even for promotion time we will get very less increment.
