Work life balance and job security

Salary increment is pathetic... worst... i have not seen such low hikes anywhere. Would never recommend anyone to start career with infy with such low package. May be join as lateral. And also as infy says that client is like god to them.. and then we the poor emlpoyees are treated like servants of those clients.... this needs to be corrected. Poor resource management. Not good projects. Need to do self-study for professional growth. HR is unreachable. Cannot rely on them for any assistance.

I don't like anything here. Senior management staff is completely unorganised and they don't even value your time.

Please don't ever join this organisation if you are fresher. Just consider other options if you have. If not go for the coding classes and be a developer in startups first.

Long term projects and good training support available.

Dislikes

No transperancy. Terrible monetary benefits. No hike or promotions. No appreciation or recognition. Extreme politics. They force you to come to office with no salary increments for multiple years straight.

● Hybrid work model, although I fully support remote work but as all are moving to WFO, Infosys is better than others. ● Infosys has their own learning platform where you can learn mostly anything that is required in the organization. ● Campus are great, very fun to go there.

● No project for most people. Even though they can provide some internal project to help employee to improve their skill but they don't bother to do that also. ● contacting Higher authority for anything is very difficult, they don't reply at all.

The salary which they give me even after 3 years of experience. Also in some projects, there will be no work life balance. In some projects they ask the employees to support without having any leave not on Saturday Sunday also.

Manager is not good, management only seeks work, when it comes to hike or appreciation, they take the back seat and stop responding, manager is a kind of person who steals credit of others hard work and exposes the team to the client, my manager use to insult people in front of client, he never sees the hard-work only criticise, company might be good but the manager I got is the worst person
