😊 work life balance is good but depends on project �� salary on last day of month and all financial statements are maintained well 😊 building and infrastructure is awesome, all day feeling positive 😊 clean and hygienic place, pantries, cafeteria, sports,zym, stay, vending machines, all makes your life very comfortable.

😐 only dislike is salary growth and bench time.

It's a wonderful Organisation, no doubt you will get a lot's of opportunity and learning environment. Employees are very helpful even management is also wonderful.

Salary and hike is less as compared to market.

Good work life balance and Job security. Good infrastructure and recreational activities. Good trainings and learning material.

Salary is extremely low as compared to market standards. Poor yearly increments and compensation. Long years of wait for promotions. No innovation and poor career growth.

No career growth promised opportunity not delivered, 3 years no hike, management doesn't take any responsibility & sometimes talk harshly. Better to look for other company after 1-2 years spending in here

The company is very good in terms of work culture and learning curve. The campuses are good, the support staff is good. There are lot of programs going on for skill development and a lot of programs going on for personality development. Good onsite opportunities

Dislikes

... for employees, Transport facilities are paid, Canteens don't serve proper food. The promotion structure sucks, they have "a" and "b" at each career level and we have no salary hikes when our cadre moves from a->b
