Salary and increment are very less. Like last year we got no increment After working here for almost 2.5 years you would be hardly getting 28K monthly.

Job Security,free time for learning if you are on bench(switch as soon as you are on bench dont look for projects)

Low Salary,No Appreciation, Expect work without any training or KT,No one notices your hard work but when you take leaves u instantly get noticed.3 months notice period so a lot of companies just dont even get into the hiring process with you.

I have worked in Infosys for 2.5 years full time. The best part is training. It is awesome. Then I posted to Chandigarh location. There I was on bench for 6 months. Then I got one support project. In chandigarh ,I dont think so there are good projects in DNA . The best part is I was trained in BI and Big data. And the support project which I got was on Azure cloud. I learned all these technologies myself and able to switch in a good company with good hike :p Secondly, Infrastructure is good, facilities are good, best work environment, management is supportive and good.

Compensation is very low. And hike is very less.

Company was good in terms of employees engagement. Strict rules regarding office timings are great so that employee does not have to stretch. It's best for female safety. Team was good and supportive.

Dislikes

Less pay and technology adoption for day to day work was not good.
