Work environment was terrible, my team was under constant pressure with no end to the tunnel. I personally did oncall for months in a row and was called atleast 2-3 times each night. I myself found a position internally in satyam for Australia but it was blocked by management. I still get nightmares of my time in satyam.

To put it very simply, there won't be a double-digit salary hike even if you work for 10 years. The management is toxic, and it can be very depressing. Start learning new things while working here, as nothing in this company will provide you with good experience, except the total years of experience."
