Work culture depends on project and team. My project was with good team and there was no work pressure. Leave policy is good where we can take planned leave as we wish.

Dislikes

1. No promotion for 3 year (2022 to 2025). Same salary since 2022 2. No recognition of talent and promotion. Promotions are given mostly for those who drop paper (I was offered to stay with 30% hike with promotion). I rejected the offer they gave to stay in.

Everything, everything u can hate . Be it the manager, be the salary the project . Only thing is they won't throw you out that easily ,you may get 2 months more time than any other companies, but they will also throw you out

No help from the Team members. Lot of deductions in salary. Continuously we need to monitor system for entire shift 12.30 pm to 9.30,,,pm almost 9 hrs shift. More work no proper Team support. 24/7 Environment. Gulf projects horrible. Us projects are good.

Nothing is there to like .All offices are out of the city. No proper transport.

You will be given new appraiser everytime and you will have average to poor dev team and targets to reach beyond, through which you can see your true potential

No work life balance, No salary rise even if you get 2M USD project. No learning, no benefits and no meaning to work here. We work with one manager but someone who doesn’t know us would do the appraisal and you would never feel important after discussing with the appraiser

I was interviewed for Oracle developer role on 6th of April and I got confirmation on 12th April for the next level processing by asking to fill out mandatory form which has my basic details and previous company details. Then after 10 days I got a call from HR team for my HR discussion and salary discussion</mark>. Once I gave my expectations on salary he said we will get back in min 10 days for the confirmation on salary and offer letter. But within 3 days he called me again and asked for my previous company reviced compensation letter so I have shared him on main that too. So after 10 days I gave him a call but he simply said you are not shortlisted for the job... Arey I was totally blank I have rejected two more offers because of this company I have cleared HR discussion and all... Suddenly I was hearing that I was not shortlisted... I don't how come they can say just like this after completing HR discussion and salary discussion... Either they can negotiate the package or should accept it... But literally without any reason they rejected my profile... HR says I don't know the reason this is higher official decision. This is such a very very bad experience in my life....Read More
