Suggestions please
Currently working as technology lead
With 9 years experience.
Current ctc is 14.6 with variable.
Got an offer in tcs with 21LPA including variable pay of 3.7LPA
Is This offer is comes under market standard.
Is it good offer to grab or search for
better offer.
I feel This 3.7 is literally more variable then other companies.
Please give some suggestions.
