Salary hike is 1% to 3% and old school promotion criteria. Wrong Promises from Management. Many good policies are dropped after merger. Employee centric approach is changed to Profit gaining approach.

There is nothing to like about this company.At the time of hiring they will agree to the salary you have been asking and at final discussion with HR they will drastically reduce the package and will not agree to offer what has been discussed before the interview.Very chalak bro type situation.If you have no other offer but to join LTI ,please discuss the package carefully.Some managers are crazy and ask you to apply leaves if you have not visited the office and even reject the time sheets.If you are not going to office twice a week,for whole month your leaves will be deducted.Basically it's a school and avoid i would say.

First the leave policy,1.67 gets credited at the end of every month.15 sick leaves for the whole year and you have take atleast 3 and that too with the proof of medical certificate.Its like a school.You will get tagged to project without even consulting and you end up with bad experience.In my case ,I have to be online for like 12 hours as it is US projects.There is no concept of shift for US client.Dont join the FCB project.

I have worked here since Jun2017 to May2022. Job security and work life balnce is good. If you think enough in life then you can choose LTI. They have good organization structure. They are approve free food on client side.

Dislikes

...ys). He said I was not eligible for 'Gratuity'. Skill upgrade is fully upto you. Compare with fresher salary the experience's salary is very less. You can not expect decent hike in appraisal.

Dislikes

Revise appraisal process and hike percentages, offer only relevant trainings or courses that have a market value and are futureproof. Increase manager involvement and awareness in the process and train them to follow ethical practices. Respect employee's personal life, recognize extra efforts. Update the sick leave and bench policy, so they mare more sensible.

Being as a fresher it's really good company you must join this organization.

Dislikes

Salary hike is very less here as we can see the inflation rate in india so it's really difficult to manage with less CTC. If it will improve then I don't think anyone will leaving this organization early.
