I have worked here since Jun2017 to May2022. Job security and work life balnce is good. If you think enough in life then you can choose LTI. They have good organization structure. They are approve free food on client side.

Dislikes

LTI Company policies are slightly different from others. I was worked closely 5 years(4yrs+ 350 days). He said I was not eligible for 'Gratuity'. Skill upgrade is fully upto you. Compare with fresher salary the experience's salary is very less. You can not expect decent hike in appraisal.

Work Details

Work life balance is good. I was worked in client side, so there is a lot of communication cape. LTI organized the training session. But the client side worker unable to attend. I learnt everything in my own.

Keep employee put on the bench instead of giving project. Bench period is also only 2 months whoever served more than 1 year in LTIMINDTREE. After 2 months they would likely to extend bench period is only 2 weeks.

Salary hike is 1% to 3% and old school promotion criteria. Wrong Promises from Management. Many good policies are dropped after merger. Employee centric approach is changed to Profit gaining approach.

Absolutely non-existent management. Lower level and middle level managers are clueless about employees reporting to them. Mindlessly rigid policies. Doesn’t value employees at all. HRs are too rude and non-responsive. Most importantly, LTIM has integrity issues, they are not honest with their own clients. To get the billing, they go to any extent even if they have to cheat the client.
