Job Change or H1B?
Hi All,
Need your suggestions / advice :
Currently I am feeling stuck at Work place with low salary. I have 6+ years of experience with 10LPA.
I am not happy with Salary after 6+ years in IT looking at Market standards.
Also, I have H1B Visa which has validity of 3 years. Around 1 year is already down, and I am waiting for an opportunity in US. Management is telling to be patient and sooner or later will get an opportunity as I have active H1B visa.
Should I look for jobs change here in India ? Or should I stay patient with low salary for now and wait for US opportunity?

Management also knows that there might be multiple people with H1B in the same org and they might not choose you. So save yourself the trouble, start applying.

Yar, If US opportunities seem uncertain, explore better-paying roles in India while staying open to H1B prospects.

GO FOR H1B.. your employer havent given an opportunity even after 1yr, no point in believing that now. Apply in US , you can check for your network to get referrals or something..

Honestly, just explore and try to find opportunities by yourself. If you get option then well and good otherwise you are already waiting

Apply for jobs by mentioning visa . You will get more offers.
Once you have put down papers , current company also will try to hold you . Maybe they will offer immediate onsite opportunity.
