While my experience at LTIMindtree has been largely positive, there are certain areas where the company could improve. Better project resources allocation and reduce dependence on key individuals could help balancing workloads. Streamlining internal process like approvals and issue resolution would also boost efficiency.

As many comment promotions and hikes are major blockers and a lot of engaging activities like sports, Individual account or team meets has no where to see.

Work life balancr has been great for mostly all people I've known and talked to as compared to friends who are working in other organizations. Culture is good and they have many projects so job is also secure.

Dislikes

The bench policy has been reduced to 60 days, i.e. If you're not in any project, they'll give you maximum of 60 days, after that you're jobless. Also the appraisals are not timely and are not that good.
