Nothing at all in this government project at client location. Otherwise may be LTI is good.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance at all. Manager can call you any time. Partiality is there in terms of annual rating. Almost no salary hike. It was work from office during covid time also. They don't want hardworking people they only want people who roam around them. Manager can befool you to take 2-3 other modules also as consultantfor the same is going and the new one is in pipeline meanwhile they will ask you to take handover and pass the same to incoming consultant. But, this was just to befool you in actual no one is going to join as new consultant. Ultimately they will force you to work in place of 3 consultant without a peny of hike in salary....Read More
