I have an infinite list of the dislikes about working at LTI and here it goes- 1. No work life balance. You have to come on time but you can not leave before your manager says 'OK'. 2.Leaves are just show offs. You cannot plan any leave as the requirement may come at any moment and when it comes to leave you become the most important employee to the organization. 3. No growth or Negative growth - People with excellent performance will get a hike of 4-5% and if you are performing and meeting expectations then you can expect a negative raise. Yes, you heard me right negative raise. 4. Work - no quality work, they will give you anything to work upon and ignoring the fact that the work which is assigned does not matter i.e. do some idiotic work which does not make sense. 5. you may be asked to come on weekends and those intimations can come late Friday and for the same you should not take any compensatory leave....Read More
