If you do end up in a good project, you will have more opportunities to learn. Before the merge, MIndtree had good work culture and benefits and appraisal, after the Merge with LTI, I literally had no hike for an year.

No salary hikes.

Projects are okay. Work culture is nice no one asks you to work overtime. Over-all it is a good company

Dislikes

Salary is average for freshers. Appraisals are not given as expected or on time after LTI and Mindtree merger.

...als Just keep waiting for the corporate to annouce when they will release hikes. Last 3times hike was delayed by 6 months and was no change in package at all for me.

If the project is good, then there is lot of things to learn and grow technically.

Dislikes

If your team is from another location, you end up sitting alone in the office. After the merger they are cost cutting everywhere, even though they are earning much. All the higher management are only promoting themselves and leaving the desired one behind.

Was in an internal project got to explore all areas of the project and learnt a lot initially but even learning get stagnant after sometime as there's nothing new happening in the project

No appraisals No promotions (even if given it's a Dry promotion) No Pay scale upgradation programmes Nothing new to learn in project after an year
