LTI is great for freshers. You will get a lot to learn and people are friendly and helpful...Many get promotion and onsite opportunities as well

Work life balance can be horrible it depends on your project and manager... Salary growth is low.. Manditory 45 hours a week

- Job security is good. - Work Culture is OK. - Management (taking in consideration Reporting Manager, HR) is OK. - Company policies are OK

- Salary hikes are less, no matter how much responsibility you handle. - For freshers, no choice of project is given. They have to work on project, they are deployed in. - Location preference is not taken into consideration while allocating project. - When you are deployed in to projects, then you have to follow client guidelines.
